What do they do?
They have around 50,000 verified distributors across the UK delivering over 20 million directories per year. Effipap joined forces to become Letterbox in 2016.

We receive inbound calls from job advertisements online and via text message with previous workers to help recruit people on a self-employed basis to deliver directories within rural and urban areas across the whole of the UK.
The Impact team manage the employees accounts, completes allocated routes and uses extensive upsell skills to book the employees in for further work within the same area or even in other areas around the UK. Impact uses Letterbox’s own internal systems as well as Google Docs for continuity purposes meaning the synergy within our partnership is perfect, consistent and transparent.
We work as a partnership to ensure world class service is delivered by providing suggestions and solutions to further improve the cost effectiveness and efficiency for our partner. Continuous support, refreshers and coaching is regularly given to ensure we are delivering the ultimate service for Letterbox.
