The Campaign
Welcome Family joined Impact with an ideal of forming a close relationship with their partner company to enable them to focus more on dealing with customers arriving on site. They needed a UK call centre that would take the responsibility of making new bookings as well as dealing with any pre and post booking enquiries.
Welcome Family invited many members of the Impact team down to Dawlish for a weekend to sample the holiday park for themselves, meet the Welcome Family team, use the facilities, see the different accommodation types, enjoy the evening entertainment as well as understand the client base at the holiday park.
